Senior Paid Social Manager
The Senior Paid Social Manager will work directly with Paid Social Specialists and other digital marketing teams, providing feedback and guidance on client strategies, deliverables and personal goals. This candidate will be an expert in all paid social platforms, serving as a lead on clients with paid social projects. They will also work to grow their direct reports' knowledge of paid social platforms and strategy. Additionally, the Senior Paid Social Manager will oversee promoted content and paid social strategies managed by Nebo's Social Media team.

Senior Paid Social Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop paid social media plans in coordination with broader paid media initiatives that support integrated campaign strategies
- Stay up to date and ahead of current industry trends and paid social platform updates, sharing knowledge with multiple teams
- Responsible for managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, with a primary focus on paid social
- Act as Nebo's paid social media expert
- Lead cross-department conversations and initiatives to develop data driven insights and recommendations in order to enhance client/account performance
- Review paid social deliverables across clients and provide feedback and direction to other team members
- Establish and facilitate training plans for new team members, leading training sessions and coordinating with other team members as needed
- Lead new business efforts/sales pitches from a paid social standpoint
- Manage relationships with vendors, agency partners, and platform reps
- Directly manage one or more paid social specialists or other paid media team members, providing guidance and performance feedback through regular one on one meetings and formal reviews
- Support clients and team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs arise
- Work with departmental leadership to standardize the paid media department’s approach to paid social and planning as well as coordination with other departments, such as UXO, Intel, and Creative
- Contribute to departmental growth and development initiatives
- Act as a thought leader in the industry by writing articles, attending events and speaking about paid social
- Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings
- Build and maintain team rapport with paid media team personnel, directors, and project manager
- Oversee boosted post campaigns and strategy managed by the social team, providing direction, feedback, and optimization recommendations
- Complete annual goals
- Identify the developmental needs of junior team members; coach, mentor, or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills
Senior Paid Social Manager Required Skills
- 3+ years experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
- Client facing and public speaking experience
- Facebook Blueprint Certified
- Google Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement)
- Google Analytics Certified
- Expert in all social platforms (Including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube)
- Exceptional copywriting and grammar skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy
- Thorough understanding of broader paid media channels and strategy to ensure cross-channel alignment
- Proficient knowledge of third-party tracking and analytics platforms
- Canva experience a plus
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing direct reports
- Professional with 2-4 years work experience in area of practice; team management and/or mentorship required
- Experience or Bachelor's Degree in area of practice or related field.
